The service and these terms

These Terms govern MarketGapRadar accounts and commercial-research tools. The operator is identified below. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If acting for a business, you must have authority to do so. We provide research tools, not a guaranteed profitable opportunity, a supplier agency or a purchase of the product being researched.

Research scope and limitations

  • Each initial investigation assesses the scope you submit within stated search and output limits. It is not an exhaustive census of suppliers or competitors.
  • AI can make factual, attribution, calculation and translation errors. Source matching is an automated comparison with saved text; it is not human verification, live inventory confirmation, legal clearance or a completed transaction.
  • Prices, delivery, stock and rules can change. Check the exact product, variant, destination, taxes and observation dates before relying on a result.
  • Illustrative economics are assumptions. Foreign demand, a missing brand or an empty search does not establish local demand or a viable market gap.
  • Follow-up results are separately saved findings. They do not silently replace the original verdict or repeat its full evidence review.
Assess original sources and resolve material open checks before committing money.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and recovery codes, and do not share a personal account. Notify the operator of suspected compromise. Two-factor authentication is optional and depends on keeping an authenticator or unused recovery code. Email verification and password recovery work only when the site confirms that email delivery is connected. We may temporarily restrict access to address abuse or a security incident, giving reasons and a way to raise a concern where reasonably possible.

Research credit, prices and checkout

  • The interface must show the scope, applicable total price, currency, tax treatment and credit treatment before a paid action. An estimate or proposed pricing tier is not a completed order.
  • Some workflows reserve research credit, then settle actual usage and return unused reserved credit. An uncertain provider response may retain its reservation until usage is reconciled rather than silently starting another paid call.
  • Included questions and revisions are subject to the allowance shown for the report. The next paid request requires explicit agreement to the displayed price.
  • Checkout is either demonstration billing or an explicitly labelled, opt-in hosted Stripe test checkout. No real money is collected. Demo orders do not buy credit; a confirmed test order grants simulated report slots that save test requests but cannot start paid AI research. Use test card details only on the provider’s hosted page, never in this application.
  • Externally funded testing credits are not automatically a purchased cash balance. Any future purchased-credit expiry, refund and withdrawal terms must be disclosed at checkout before purchase.
No automatic subscription is created by a demo/test order or by accepting a verification scope. Test refunds revoke remaining simulated slots; already saved test requests remain historical records until account deletion.

Supplier verification and outside work

Requesting a verification quote is free. The operator must provide a written deliverable, fee, validity and delivery estimate before you accept. Acceptance records agreement to that scope; payment and permitted supplier contact are arranged separately. Findings can be negative or partial. No supplier is contacted, order placed, contract signed or right to resell obtained merely because a report contains a supplier lead.

Consumer rights, cancellation and problems

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies for a non-conforming digital service, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a distance contract, it is generally 14 days; applicable exceptions depend on what is supplied and how performance begins. We do not assume that opening an account or clicking a research button waives that right. Before consumer paid launch, checkout must implement the required withdrawal information, any separate express request for early performance and acknowledgement where applicable, durable confirmation and the applicable electronic withdrawal function. There are no blanket “no refund” terms. Report failed or duplicate paid work promptly with its request reference so usage and any refund can be reconciled.

Your content and permitted use

You retain rights in your submitted content and private notes. You grant the limited permission necessary to host, process, export and deliver your requested research. You may use your report for your own commercial evaluation and share your own exported report, subject to third-party rights and privacy. Third-party source text, logos and trademarks remain their owners’ property. Generated material may not be unique or protected by copyright. Do not submit content you have no right to use, steal accounts, attack the service, bypass limits, use reports to harass people or redistribute substantial copyrighted source material.

Availability, responsibility and disputes

We aim to preserve saved work and resolve failures, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a fixed delivery time or guaranteed research results. Responsibility is governed by applicable law; we do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where non-excludable, personal injury or mandatory consumer remedies. Contact the operator first to resolve a dispute. Bulgarian law applies to the extent permitted; consumers retain mandatory protection and access to courts available under applicable law. No exclusive foreign court or forced arbitration is imposed on consumers.

Closing an account and changes

You can export data and request or perform account deletion through Settings. Deletion does not erase already incurred legitimate obligations, unresolved provider-cost reconciliation or records lawfully retained for a limited purpose. We may update these Terms for service or legal changes, record a new version, and seek renewed agreement where required. Material changes do not retroactively rewrite an agreed paid scope.
